AHRF600 is available in two versions – one with a hold current as low as 1A, and one with a holding current of 6A. The AHRF600 is a 68mΩ device with built-in temperature compensation. It features a low hold current and tight self resetting characteristics. It is also self resetting within 500ms and has a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.
