AK93C65CF uses the CMOS technology to store data. It\'s vertical N-channel MOS transistors are connected in a cross-coupled fashion, forming the flip-flop type of the circuit. The logic "1" and "0" states are given by the direction of the channel on the transistor, respectively. The write and read operations on the device are done by applying the appropriate voltages. For this, the power supply VDD should be in the range of 4.5V to 6V. The chip Enable (CE) pin is also used to control the read and write operations.
For read operation, the CE pin is takes a low volatility and then the chip will output the data present in the selected memory location. In the write operation, the CE pin is taken a high volatility and then the data needs to be written is provided through the Input Data (ID) pin.
