ALD4213SCL is a high-speed, high-density and low-power CMOS analog switch ideal for various digital and analog switching applications. The tiny SOT23-6 package of the ALD4213SCL makes it ideal for compatibility between applications and other components and is suitable for a variety of MCUs, ADC/DAC circuits, transformer and relay switch applications, etc. ALD4213SCL can carry out one-way or two-way analog or digital switching of signals in applications like wireless communication, motor control, medical systems and fault protection.The ALD4213SCL analog switch is configured as an 4-to-1 multiplexer/demultiplexer wherein 4 analog input ports form the ADEL, ADER, BDL and BDR ports, and 1 interconnecting analog output port is referred to as the "common port" (CP). In addition to being used as one-way multiplexers and demultiplexers, the ALD4213SCL can also be used as two-way multiplexers and demultiplexers. With its wide input range (0V to 5V) and low power consumption, the ALD4213SCL is suitable for use with medium- and high-power digital or analog applications.The working principle of ALD4213SCL is based on the use of a CMOS logic switch as the main driving element. The logic switch refers to the voltage transfer logic, which can control the ON/OFF switching of the input and output, and achieve the switching of the signal on the relevant channels. The ALD4213SCL provides "100 percent power source" to support the highest loading voltage of 5 volts, allowing the switching of a wide range of analogue signals without load instability. The ALD4213SCL also has an ultra-low leakage current ofA400 nA max and an ultra-low power consumption ofA1.5 mA/switch maximum.With its high speed, high density, low power, and flexibility, the ALD4213SCL provides a reliable switching solution for a variety of digital and analog applications. The ALD4213SCL is easy to use, has a wide temperature range of –55 °C to +125 °C and can be used in applications from the industrial industry to medical and automotive IoT solutions. Its tiny SOT23-6 package also offers compatibility with other application components; this allows for greater design flexibility and improved device integration.
