AOZ1019AI is a DC-DC switching regulator belonging to Voltage Regulators family of Power Management IC (PMIC). This chip is primarily used for automotive applications, including Electric Vehicle (EV), Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV), Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV), and Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) applications.The chip is designed such that it can integrate into a battery system and provide precise regulation for distributed power supplies. It provides a wide range of regulated output voltages (6.0V to 20.0V) suitable for the input voltage range up to 48V, allowing excellent system efficiency and energy savings.
