The AOZ8304ADI is a single-channel transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode module, designed for protection against overvoltage conditions in a wide range of applications. It is available in an 8-lead, 1.27mm x 1.27mm, WCSP (wafer chip scale package) which offers a small outline size and minimal air-gap between adjacent die for minimum cross-talk. The AOZ8304ADI can protect against both ESD and lightning induced transients.
