The AP1536SDPG-13 is a type of system-on-chip (SoC) with integrated AFE and controller functions that enables high-speed multi-gigabit wireline communications. The device includes the following integrated features: 12-lane 10 Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet Media Access Controller (MAC) and Physical Medium Attachment (PMA); Quad 100 Base-T/1000Base-T Ethernet Media Access Controller (MAC) and Physical Medium Attachment (PMA); Quad GbE/2.5Gbps/5Gbps PAM4 Transceiver, each with individually configurable loopback, scrambler/descrambler, and drivers and Bandwidth Allocation Control (BAC). It also contains a 16-bit SDRAM controller, a RISC-V core, a temperature sensor, and an external EEPROM connector.
