Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) diodes, also referred to as avalanche diodes and surge suppressor diodes, are designed to protect sensitive electronic components from excessive voltage transients that may occur either from external sources or as a result of load switching. The AQ4024-01FTG-C is a unidirectional, fast-switching TVS Diode specifically designed for use in automotive applications.
