Applied Science 1358-BTTT-285 (hereafter referred to as the \'AS1358-BTTT-285\') is a linear voltage regulator integrated circuit widely used in portable and electronics applications.

The AS1358-BTTT-285 is a step-down voltage regulator that can reduce supply voltages up to 36V to an output voltage as low as 1.8V at a maximum output current of 800mA. It includes a range of protection features, including an over-temperature shutdown, over-current protection, and under voltage lockout.

The AS1358-BTTT-285 uses a linear regulation approach to maintain a constant output voltage, by comparing the output voltage to a reference voltage.
