AS7C1025C-15JINTR is an integrated high-power Low-Voltage Single-Supply Static CMOS RAM (random access memory) chip which has the capabilities of true high-speed low-voltage operation and improved low standby power consumption. This memory chip is suitable for a wide range of applications and is ideally suited for consumer electronics, automotive, industrial automation and medical equipment.

The AS7C1025C-15JINTR is a low-voltage single-supply static RAM (SRAM) which incorporates a broad range of features including an internal clock, automatic power management, an on-chip self-diagnostics function, data retention capacity up to 5 years, and hardware-assisted testability. It is designed to provide optimum performance in volatile applications, where data needs to be refreshed periodically in order to retain its original value in the event of an unexpected power failure or unstable supply voltage.

The AS7C1025C-15JINTR memory chip includes two parts: an array of 256Kx16 (4Mbits) of fast static RAM and an 8-bit synchronous input/output port. It has a 2.5V to 3.3V standby power supply and a 1.8V to 3.6V active power supply, making it suitable for a wide range of low-voltage battery-powered applications. The chip also has low current consumption and case temperature ratings of 0.8mA (AT25) and 0.7A (LLT25), respectively.

The AS7C1025C-15JINTR operates in a static manner using voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), allowing for a wide array of clock frequencies. A delay line is used to achieve the highest access speed at a given frequency. It can also operate with a pipelined load/store architecture, which allows for higher access rates and improved performance on the read and write operations.

The ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit) is designed to be easily compatible with the industry standard instruction set for a variety of embedded systems.
