AS7C1025C-15JINTR is an integrated high-power Low-Voltage Single-Supply Static CMOS RAM (random access memory) chip which has the capabilities of true high-speed low-voltage operation and improved low standby power consumption. This memory chip is suitable for a wide range of applications and is ideally suited for consumer electronics, automotive, industrial automation and medical equipment.

The AS7C1025C-15JINTR is a low-voltage single-supply static RAM (SRAM) which incorporates a broad range of features including an internal clock, automatic power management, an on-chip self-diagnostics function, data retention capacity up to 5 years, and hardware-assisted testability.
