Working Principle
The AT24C08AN-10SU-2.7 operates on a 3-wire serial interface. It meets both the I2C protocols (I2C address 0x50) with speeds up to 100 kbps and the SPI protocol (SPI CS pin is active low) with speeds up to 8 Mbps. It has a maximum Operating Voltage of 2.7V, with a maximum programming time of 2ms and a maximum Endurance of 100,000 Cycles.
The AT24C08AN-10SU-2.7 includes a write protect pin which can be used to protect data against unauthorized read and write operations. In addition, it provides a write protect latch which can be used to control write protection of the entire memory array. The chip also includes an "Alarm" flag which can be set and cleared. This flag can be used to alert the system that a memory write operation has occurred.
The AT24C08AN-10SU-2.7\'s data is organized as 256 bytes of 8 bit words. It can be written to or read from in either page or byte mode.
