The AT73C203J is a fully integrated, high efficiency micro-power management solution tailored to the small footprint and power requirements of ultra-low power systems. The integrated linear power regulator provides an accurate supply voltage while consuming minimal current, allowing systems to run regularly while consuming low power. The integrated low dropout (LDO) regulator and comparator provide adjustable current and/or voltage regulation in applications such as low power systems, portable instrumentation and embedded design.
