AT90S1200-12SC microcontroller is an 8-bit field programmed microcontroller manufactured by Atmel Corporation. It has been used in a wide variety of applications ranging from automotive, aerospace and industrial applications to consumer electronics and medical devices. The chip features a wide range of general purpose and special purpose I/O pins and supports a variety of communications protocols including Serial, I2C, Ethernet, USB, and SPI.

The AT90S1200-12SC microcontroller is specifically designed to operate in low power environments.
