ATMEGA165PV-8MU is a high-performance 8-bit microcontroller from Atmel family, which is an embeded system development field.

ATMEGA165PV-8MU are based on AVR core architecture developed by Atmel, which supports a total of 130 instructions and 10 interrupts. The internal SRAM is 2K words of 16 bits, the onboard flash memory can reach 4KB, and the internal EEPROM memory is 256 bytes. It incorporates several low-power functions and integrated modules.
