ATTINY13-20MMU is an AVR 8-bit microcontroller produced by Atmel Corporation. It is a single-chip 8-bit CMOS microcontroller that features a low power consumption and has a wide range of features including 8K bytes of program memory, 512 bytes of SRAM, 32 I/O lines, 16 external interrupts and a 10-bit A/D converter.
