The ATTINY44V-10PU is an 8-bit low power CMOS microcontroller combined with an 8kB In-System Programmable Flash Memory, an internal 8MHz clock generator, 512B EEPROM, 20 I/O lines, two 8-bit and one 16-bit timer/counters, 10-channel 10-bit A/D converter and EPROM emulation modes.
