The ATTINY167-A15XZ is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller developed by Atmel and released in 2005. It also incorporates various technologies such as event capturing, multiple pulse width modulation (PWM) channels and a 15-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC). The ATTINY167-A15XZ comes with several peripherals, such as three independent Timers/Counters with Compare, Capture and PWM functionality, 32-bit Real-Time Clock with Calendar mode, RAM reset controller, On-chip Debugging interface and an 8-channel Analogue Comparator.
