Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors are made of aluminum foil used as electrodes and wound with paper which is soaked in electrolyte acting as the dielectric.These capacitors are small, lightweight and inexpensive. They provide good capacitance stability over a wide temperature range and good efficiency in high current applications due to their large capacitance-to-volume ratio.AVE686M25E16T-F is an aluminum electrolytic capacitor developed by AVX Corporation. It is an aluminum electrolytic capacitor with 10 mm maximum lead spacing, mounted in a radial lead design. The AVE686M25E16T-F has a voltage rating of 16 VDC and a capacitance of 68uF.

The AVE686M25E16T-F application field is mainly used in consumer electronics, automotive and industrial applications, especially for filtering and decoupling applications.
