When the detected voltage is lower than the set threshold, AZ7031ZTR-G1 will output reset signal. The reset timeout period can be extended by setting two PWRON registers with two internal reference clock source or two external reference clock source.
AZ7031ZTR-G1 supports automatic voltage detection function. It not only provides three independent adjustable voltage detection threshold registers, but also provides voltage range detect function which can detect VDDX in 0.8V-5.5V range. The second adaptive voltage detection network is built-in to detect the voltage range of VDDX in 0.8V-3.2V while VDDX is below 4.35V.
The reset circuit of AZ7031ZTR-G1 can generate positive pulse type or pulse-like type reset signal. Its reset time-out period can be set in 1ms-5s range by setting PWRON register and comparing it with internal reference clock source. AZ7031ZTR-G1 also provides sleep Reset function which can quickly detect the system voltage during sleeping and immediately output reset signal when the voltage falls below the set threshold voltage.
With the internal oscillator, AZ7031ZTR-G1 can provide clock frequency from 1 kHz to 16 MHz. In addition, it provides up to four fan-out reset signals to fan-out reset signals to different systems. The reset output has a maximum sink power of 5mA which can drive a variety of system reset component.
