Azoteq’s AZ7033Z-E1 is a supervisory circuit, also known as an "overvoltage device", which is usually used as an input signal voltage monitor in power management and power supplies. The AZ7033Z-E1 has several features including adjustable power-on reset (POR), adjustable power-off reset (POF), adjustable power-supply-under-voltage (PSUV) reset, plus power and system reset outputs. AZ7033Z-E1 is manufactured in a tiny 3-mm × 3-mm lead-free, RoHS-compliant, 16-pin QFN package.

The AZ7033Z-E1 monitors up to four separate power sources, that can be configured with input voltage thresholds independently. It optionally features a power-on reset, power-on suspend output, and power-down interrupt output functionality.
