BAQ335-TR3 Application Field and Working Principle

The BAQ335-TR3 is a single rectifier diode most widely applied in a variety of applications. This device is manufactured with a planar chip made of a highly doped PN junction which is capable to withstand extreme temperature and allow to avoid any kind of thermal runaway.
