BAT46

The BAT46 is a surface mounted, small signal diode designed for use in high frequency switching applications. It features an average forward current of 10A at 25°C and a low forward voltage drop of 0.47V. The reverse voltage of the device is 50V, and its maximum reverse current is 150µA.
