BCW71T116 is a single bipolar transistor (BJT) designed for advanced low voltage, low current automotive applications. This device is designed with ESD protection structure and has specially designed ESD protection feedback loop.
The BCW71T116 are especially suitable for use in space saving low voltage, low power board applications and also can also be used in low voltage power management, automotive warm-up driver applications, LCD biased drive and boost applications.
The operating temperature range of this device is from -55 °C to 175 °C, with a collector-emitter voltage of 70 V and a collector current up to 10 A. The device also features a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.65 V and a BVceo of 70 V. It has a minimum gain value of 25 and a rise time of 25ns.
The BCW71T116 has a low voltage and low power dissipation. The device has an excellent thermal conductivity and high ESD tolerance.
