BD49K57G-TL Integrated Circuits (ICs)

BD49K57G-TL is a General-Purpose Supervisors by Panasonic, it is an LM-series supervisor product with a power MOSFET which is designed to monitor the power-supply voltage during power-on reset for on-chip MCUs, logic ICs, memory devices and system reset circuit.

The BD49K57G-TL can help protect a system with a power-on reset that automatically restarts the system. When the power supply voltage drops below the detection threshold, the reset output pin is pulled low to generate a reset signal. Once the reset signal is generated, the power supply voltage will be interrupted and the power-on sequence will be restarted. The reset output pin will be released when the power supply voltage rises above the release threshold.
