Besides, the other features of BD8627EFV-E2 includes a built-in over current protection (OCP) function and over temperature protection (OTP) function. The OCP circuit detects the output current exceeding the preset level and turns off the output immediately. Also, if an over-temperature occurs due to abnormal operations, the device will cut off the output by the OTP circuit and return to the normal mode after the device cools.
