Working Principle:
The BD8668GW-E2 consists of a constant voltage loop, a constant current loop and a temperature loop. The working principle of the constant voltage loop is to provide a stable reference voltage and current to charge the battery. The constant current loop provides a constant current to the battery as the cell voltage increases to the preset voltage while charging. The temperature loop ensures that the temperature of the battery during charging remains within the range required for safe operations. The device also features Under Voltage Lockout protection that prevents over-discharge of the battery. It also includes over-charge, over-current and thermal protection. Additionally, several intelligent functions such as adaptive charge current, recharge control, charge termination and charge complete indication are integrated into the device.
The BD8668GW-E2 also provides visual feedback of the battery charge level and other related battery parameters.
