The BD9673AEFJ_EVK is a high voltage, low power, digital DC/DC and AC/DC SMPS evaluation board from ROHM Semiconductor Corporation. The board is designed to evaluate precision digital DC/DC and AC/DC power supply solutions from ROHM’s portfolio. Developed around ROHM’s proprietary Smart Power Solution (SPS) programmable mixed-signal IC, the evaluation board is intended to demonstrate the performance features of ROHM’s products in both regulated and unregulated conditions.

The BD9673AEFJ_EVK evaluation board includes a comprehensive range of integrated features including integrated visible LED indicators for both regulated output voltage and current, board status indicators, adjustable turn-on/off slew control, protection circuitry, on-board isolated switching and linear-regulator controller circuits.
