BD9610AMUV-E2 is an advanced voltage regulator controller designed for automotive applications. It provides a high-efficiency, step down DC/DC converter with an integrated low loss 200V N-channel MOSFET. The BD9610AMUV-E2 features overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP) and over-temperature protection (OTP) to ensure compliance and safe operation in automotive applications. It also provides precision current and voltage regulation functions, adjustable frequency, soft start and external voltage compensation, among others.

The BD9610AMUV-E2 is a Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) controller, which uses a comparator system, a voltage reference, a duty latch and an internal clock, to regulate the duty cycle.
