Operating Modes

The charging voltage and current can be set via a resistance divider connected to the Vbat and Reverse Current Sensing pins.The BQ2954SN supports both AC adapters and USB power supplies and can automatically switch between the two depending on the power source. The charger also provides over-voltage protection, over-current protection, overtemperature protection, cell-temperature monitoring, reverse current protection and current-sensing for precise charging.
