TVS - Varistors, MOVs, are a type of active protection device used to protect sensitive parts of electrical circuits from high voltage surges. TVS - Varistors, MOVs, are also known as surge protector devices or transorbs. The BSPM1347S2GR is a MOV type TVS (Transorbs) device used in applications that require protection from high voltage transient spikes and is designed for over-voltage and over-current circuit protection.
