Thyristors - TRIACs: BTA10-600CRG application field and working principle

This process is essentially reversed when the Gate terminal is discharged, which causes the P-N layer to weaken and the current flow to stop. This makes the BTA10-600CRG a fast-switching device that is ideal for applications that require precise control of electric power. The versatility of the BTA10-600CRG makes it an ideal device for a variety of applications. One common application is motor speed control. By connecting the Gate terminal to an external control circuit, the motor speed can be precisely adjusted.
