RF Transceiver ICs
The CC1120RHBT is a low-power RF transceiver IC designed to simplify RF and radio integration. Working Principle
The CC1120RHBT uses a fractional-N baseband frequency synthesizer to generate the local oscillator frequencies required for the RF transceiver’s transmit and receive modes. The fractional-N synthesizer also offers excellent spectral purity and rapid frequency switching for precision of operation. The CC1120RHBT also supports direct-sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) modulation techniques by which the frequency spectrum of the transmitted signal can be spread over a large bandwidth. This allows more data to be transmitted over one channel and reduces the risk of interference from other systems.
The chip also supports a wide range of protocol stacks, including IEEE802.15.4g, ZigBee, Thread, ANT and more. It is equipped with an on-chip 5-bit ADC and digital baseband filters with support for direct digital conversion, making it suitable for signal processing and modem applications.
