CD4051BNSRE4 is an analog multiplexer/demultiplexer. It is a high performance CMOS device, which allows multiple analog inputs to the same output. The 8-channel multiplexer/demultiplexer can switch one of eight analog signals to a common output. It has buffered common port, low on capacitance and low on resistance, which makes it ideal for multiplexing in low power applications. It is designed to be very flexible and versatile with integrated input and output protection. The device is also offered in an 8-pin SOP package.CD4051BNSRE4 works by using one analog input with the other inputs grounded.
