The CD4052BCSJ has many features that make it an ideal choice for multiplexing. It has a maximum channel-to-channel on-resistance of 120 Ω, a maximum channel-to-channel off-resistance of 120 KΩ, and a maximum input capacitance of 2 pF. Additionally, the inputs are compatible with many logic levels, including TTL, CMOS, ECL, and PECL, and can be used with P-channel and N-channel input polarities.
