The CD74HC40103M96 is a high-speed CMOS 10-bit Presettable Divide-by-N Counter. The counter spans the frequency range from DC to over 70MHz while consuming only 40mA of supply current. With its Preset Feature, the CD74HC40103M96 can be reset to any user-defined number within 10-bits and the value is retained until a new Preset is applied. As other similar logic families, the CD74HC40103M96 also has superior noise immunity when compared to other TTL logic counters/dividers about two order magnitude better to ensure reliable performance in industrial, commercial and telecom applications.
