CDCM7005BGA-EVM is a highly-integrated evaluation board and demo kit designed to help quickly evaluate the vital features and performance of our aluminum gallium-indium-phosphide (AlGaInP) complementary metal-oxide semiconductors (CMOS) integrated circuit (IC) chips. It covers a range of applications, from radios to pulse modulators, and can be used to develop cost-effective digital designs.The CDCM7005BGA-EVM is based on our well proven aluminum gallium-indium-phosphide (AlGaInP) CMOS process. This process enables advanced features in a single chip than those available with other processes. It also significantly reduces the size of the package.
