The CDCM7005RGZRG4 is a high performance Any-Rate Clock Multiplier. This device allows the user to select one voltage controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) input to be divided by an 8-bit programmable counter to generate the reference clock. This reference clock is fed to the inbuilt phase-locked-loop (PLL) circuitry and is used to provide a high accuracy multiplication of the input reference clock. This device has a selectable reference input for the VCXO and allows for the multiplication of 50MHz, 66MHz, 75MHz or 100MHz into 300MHz, 400MHz, 500MHz or 600MHz, respectively.
