CG432U035R3C consists of a solid aluminum plate,a metalized-film dielectric, a liquid electrolyte, and two aluminum end-plates with electrolytic green anodic coating. The two aluminum end caps are welded over the plates to form a can, and electrical connections are made over the anodic coating.
