The cathode is connected to the anode via a very thin layer of metal foil which also serves as the terminal connection for the capacitor.
The CGS683U075X5L capacitors are usually used in industrial applications such as motor drive and control systems, DC-First PID control, power supplies, inverters, UPS, industrial automation and signal conditioning. The device offers excellent high temperature performance and a high capacitance of between 60 μF and 100 μF. It also has a voltage rating of up to 500V DC and a maximum operating temperature of +105°C, making it suitable for use in harsh industrial environments.
The working principle of the CGS683U075X5L is based on the principle of electrolytic capacitance.
