CY74FCT841CTSOC is a single Supply, Octal Bidirectional Transceiver with 3 State Outputs. It is intended for bidirectional parallel communication in systems over short or long distances in a variety of address, data, and control bus oriented systems. It is designed to be used where two-way communication is required in a wide range of applications such as automotive and military systems, local bus and channel communication, and parallel data transmission. The device is ideal for bi-directional data transfer and can be used as a bridge between two buses that operate at different speeds or between asynchronous and synchronous buses.

The logic family of CY74FCT841CTSOC belongs to logic latches.
