The CY74FCT16373ATPVCT is a low-power, 3.3V-compatible, registered-D flip-flop. It operates from a single +3.3V supply. It is differential non-inverting D-type flip-flop with a registered output stage designed for driving highly capacitive bus lines. The flip-flop can be used to latch data on the rising or falling edge of the clock signal by enabling the Clock Enable or /Latch signal which is active low. The rising or falling edge of the clock signal will be independent of the signal used to enable or latch the data.The CY74FCT16373ATPVCT is a member of the Fast-CMOS family of programmable logic devices (PLD\'s). It has a low-voltage capability of 3.3V and its non-inverting design enables latch data on the rising or falling edge of the clock. The input/output (I/O) pins are designed to drive up to 24mA of load current to provide low-power, high-speed communications between system components. The device can also be used in a bidirectional bus topology with a maximum fan-out of 12 devices per line.The CY74FCT16373ATPVCT is a dual one-hot encoded latch which has separate inputs and outputs. The dual one-hot encoded latch is architecture that allows data to be written in parallel and read in parallel, making it ideal for high-speed communication between logic circuits or PLD\'s. The CY74FCT16373ATPVCT has two sets of latch output pins and one clock enable/latch pin. The two latch output pins are designed to store two data words in parallel. The clock enable is active low and it latches data on the rising and falling edges of the clock.The CLK and CLK\ signals must be synchronized in order for the data to be latched properly. By using the SYNC\ pin, the two clock signals can be synchronized. The synchronized output of the two clock signals are then applied to the CLK and CLK\ inputs of the CY74FCT16373ATPVCT flip-flop. The CLK and CLK\ pins will produce an output when enabled via the /Latch input. The output of the flip-flop is enabled when the /Latch pin is enabled and the clock signal is sampled at the rising or falling edge.The CY74FCT16373ATPVCT is capable of operating at a maximum speed of 93MHz and is compatible with most logic families. It is ideal as an address latch, data register, or bus interface logic with a maximum fan-out of 12. With its low voltage capability, low power consumption and high-speed operation, the CY74FCT16373ATPVCT is an ideal choice for the design of high-speed and low-power logic circuits.The CY74FCT16373ATPVCT is ideal for applications where address decoding is necessary, such as bus interfacing, address latching, and other serial communication protocols.
