The DDZ9685Q-7 is a single-pole Zener diode that finds its application in many circuits where an accurate regulation of voltage is required. Working Principle

The working principle of the DDZ9685Q-7 is based on the Zener effect. The Zener effect occurs in a heavily doped p-n junction when the reverse breakdown voltage is reached.
