The NXP Semiconductors DEMO9S08JM16 is a complete evaluation board with a microcontroller (MCU) based on the NXP Semiconductor’s scalable 8-bit MCU platform called the JM family. This evaluation board is developed based on the low-power MCU of the JM16 architecture. This evaluation board implements a scalable 8-bit MCU architecture from the NXP Semiconductor family of MCUs.
The MCU module on the evaluation board is the JM16 MCU architecture based on the 16-bit S08JM16 microcontroller. This 8-bit MCU implements the MCU\'s advanced features, such as low-power consumption, with a wide range of available module supporting interfaces. The included User Serial and 4K/16K flash memory provide a powerful, compact, and scalable platform for evaluating NXP Semiconductor’s JM series MCUs.
