The DG2741DS-T1-E3 can switch up to 8 differential pairs of signals, and is designed to handle large bipolar input signals up to 25V, while operating over a common mode voltage range of -6V to +6V.The DG2741DS-T1-E3 provides excellent on static and dynamic performance with ultra-low crosstalk and low on-state resistance over temperature. The switch also has a power-down state, where the switch is put in the off-state. The device allows routed signals on the output ports to retain its present state until subsequently changed by the user’s application software or firmware.The multiplexing feature of the DG2741DS-T1-E3 enables the user to sequentially switch between signals by applying voltages to the control terminal of the switch from an external source. The demultiplexing feature then allows the user to switch the routing of the inputs to one or more of the output ports by the same external source.The main advantage of using the DG2741DS-T1-E3 is its ability to achieve very low static and dynamic power dissipation.
