The DG412LDY-T1 offers wide fan-out capability, low on resistance and low off-state leakage. The DG412LDY-T1 is fabricated in a BiCMOS process, which allows it to support both TTL and CMOS logic and analog signals. It is available in a variety of packages such as SOIC, TSOP, QSOP, and PDIP. The device is fully specified over the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
The DG412LDY-T1 operates in either multiplexer or demultiplexer mode, depending on the control selection-MS1, and MS2 pins. In multiplexer mode, the device selects one data signal from four independent inputs and routes it to the output channel. The data channel selection is done by setting the logic of MS1, and MS2 pins. For example, if MS1, and MS2 are both set to logic 1, the signal at D0 will be selected as the output data signal. The signal is routed to the common output channel. In demultiplexer mode, the signal at the common E0 pin is distributed to the four outputs, selected by logic 1, and 0 settings at the MS1, and MS2 pins.
