The DG411MY/PR is a quad single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed for single supply operation from a +3.3 V to +30 V supply. It features low break-before-make switching action, low on-state resistance, and TTL/CMOS compatibility.
The DG411MY/PR contains four SPST switches, each switch allowing a signal on its common terminal (COM) to be routed to its normally open terminal (NO) or ground. The DG411MY/PR includes input protection that exceeds the HBM ESD requirements of the JESD22-A114-B standard and the throughput inherent of the device can be independent of the power supply voltage.
