DG417BDY is a monolithic CMOS integrated circuit that incorporates low current analog switches, multiplexers, demultiplexers with SPST and SPDT switch elements. The device features two 74HC/HCTT, an 8-channel SPST analog switch (with a nominal RON of 45 ohms) and two 8-channel multiplexers/demultiplexers (with RCH of 10 ohms and Off-State leakage current of 10 nA). The output pins provide both logic and analog outputs. The switches and multiplexers/demultiplexers are controlled by a logic input that includes logic threshold and hysteresis. The logic input voltage range is from 0V to VDD-2V, making the device suitable for operation with a single power supply.
The DG417BDY\'s construction is based on N-channel MOSFET technology for low power application. It is a pin-for-pin replacement for the DG417DY but with improved switching characteristics. The DG417BDY delivers an improved RON (vs. DG417DY) of 45 ohms at room temperature and a lower Off-State current of 10nA (vs. 30nA).
