The system will continue to monitor the input voltage and when it drops below the OVP threshold, the IC will release the output voltage enable signal.When an under-voltage condition occurs, the internal under-voltage protection (UVP) circuit will disable the output voltage before it drops below the adjustable UVP threshold. The adjustable UVP threshold is set by the user and can be set between 6V and 20V. In addition, the IC includes a temperature sensor that monitors the temperature of the power rail and triggers a temperature shutdown signal at a preset temperature level.The DS1819BR-20+T&R device has an external voltage enable pin that can be controlled by an external logic signal. The logic signal can be used to enable/disable the output voltage.
