The DZ2J03600L is a high power low voltage Zener single diode with a maximum power dissipation of 180mW. It belongs to the single diode family of the Diodes - Zener product range.

The DZ2J03600L offers extremely low Zener breakdown voltage, typically 4.3V, which makes it ideal for surge suppression applications. It has an integrated thermal resistance junction to case of 0.20°C/W, and a large operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The diode is provided in an SOD-323 case with Pb-free leads.
