EGP31F-E3/D is a single diode rectifier belonging to Schottky barrier diode (SBD) family with low forward voltage drop. It is ideally suited for high frequency switching applications and other power conversion solutions. It is a three-terminal device with a cathode, anode, and an oxide-passivated body that provides the electrical isolation between the two terminals. The three terminals are normally anodically bonded to the body of the device to ensure maximum contact reliability.
