EL3022M is an opto-isolator, especially designed for interfacing with conventional Triac or SCR load applications. Developed by the Eucell, the EL3022M comes with an integrated isolated high-speed MOSFET and a non-inverting Triac output coupled to BiLED infrared light-emitting diode technology which is able to deliver high speed optically isolated control to its customers and provides excellent current and voltage gain capabilities.
